5th Annual Bulldog Hero Awards - Honoring Bikers

Congratulations to the 2016 Bulldog Heroes! This year marked the 5th Annual Bulldog Hero Awards, presented by Bob Karney – Carolinas’ Biker Lawyer™. He teamed up with Cox’s Harley-Davidson, Full Throttle and 99.7 The Fox to honor bikers in the Carolinas for their outstanding contributions to their communities. The awards were presented on May 7 at the 55th Annual Open House and the nominees and their crews came out in record numbers to show their support.

Once again, Bob “The Bulldog” broke his own rules and honored not one, but TWO Bulldog Heroes of the Year. After the endless feedback he received singing the praises of two nominees in particular, he decided both deserved the title. C.J. “Ghost” Sauer and Terry “Spanky” Panther were both named Bulldog Heroes of the Year and were awarded $1,000 to their charities of choice. In addition, he honored Sarge Aguilar, Katrina Harrison, Daniel and Tracie Massey and Cw “Snapshot” Smith as Bulldog Heroes and each were awarded $500 to their charity of choice. He didn’t stop there though. Bob recognized ALL of the nominees by donating to each of their charities of choice.

With this year marking the 5th Annual Bulldog Hero Awards, Bob’s charity project has given over $35,000 to biker’s charities. Now that’s something to celebrate! When asked how it felt to present the awards this year, Bob said “It has been my honor to recognize bikers for all that they do in their communities. You guys make me a better person.”
